The AHTA Board of Directors are voted in at the Annual General Meeting of the Association which takes place once a year. Members of the Board serve a 3 year term. Current Board of Directors are as follow:

Sherille Hughes, Paradise Cove - President
Delroy Lake, Ku - Vice President
Wilbert Fleming, Anguilla Great House - Treasurer
Catherine Orchard, Cap Juluca - Secretary

The positions are held for one year.

Janine Edwards - Sunset Homes/ Spylgass Hill Villa
Avon Carty - Cable and Wireless
Karle Conner - Anguilla Home and Gardens
Fred Thomspon - Carimar Beach Club
Stephane Zaharia - Cusinart Resort and Spa.
