OFFICIAL TAXI RATES 2007

The Taxi rate schedule has changed for 2005/2006 season. Rather than having the fares begin at ports of entry there is a new zone schedule that divides the island into 10 zones. Click here for a detailed rate sheet and map of new zones.

Rates Between Zones
($8 + $4 + $4 + $4 + $2 + $2 + $2 +....... $2)
Notes
Rates are coast to coast in the same zone.
Coast to coast in zones 7,8 and 9, incurs an additional US$4.00 charge.
These zones are the widest zones on the island.
All Rates are for one or two persons.
A charge of US$4.00 for each additional person.
Two pieces of luggage allowed US$0.50 each additional piece.
Hourly Rate US$25.00
After hour charges:
6.00 pm to 12 midnight; total fare plus US$2.00
12 midnight to 6.00 am; total fare plus US$5.00
Tours
Tours up to two hours US$50.00 for one or two persons.
Additional persons pay US$10.00.
