Zoe Tise Hodge Saveur & Co. Chef Zoe Tise Hodge has been an executive chef on Anguilla for nearly ten years. Originally from San Francisco, she has years of experience cooking for a cliental in the U.S., France and the Caribbean. Her staff is well trained in service and are friendly and helpful. Although Zoe focuses on villa rental chef services for groups from 2 to 16, she also does larger cocktail, dinner and wedding parties. The involvment of the client in menu planning, before arrival, is designed so that most things are arranged beforehand so there are few decisions to be made while vacationing.
