This lovely and picturesque villa has two bedroom and two baths and oversized principal rooms for lots of comfort. New windows with lovely new Bahamian Shutters have recently been installed to give this property a lovely tropical feel.

It is part of the Seafeathers Group of private villas.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is refundable until final payment is made. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable. A security deposit equal to three night’s occupancy is required prior to check in, and is returned within 30 days of departure.
