Exclusivity Villa! No detail has been overlooked at this full service villa. Come and enjoy a unique villa experience unlike any you have had before. A full time chef from Lyon, France will prepare all your meals. Your very own bartender will prepare drinks and light snacks for you at the bar, poolside in the grand living area or even in your private bedroom. A full time staff of ten is on the premises from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. but is totally invisible until you require their services. If you are planning a truly luxurious holiday this year for your family or business, then we think Exclusivity Villa is perfect.


This 15,000 square foot retreat sits proudly surrounded by water on three sides giving you some of the most spectacular panoramic views of the sea. The living room is decorated with Italian furnishings and perfect location to enjoy the sunset every evening. You can dine indoors or under a 40 foot covered terrace overlooking the pool and ocean.




Relax and enjoy the Olympic size swimming pool and deck areas. There are comfortable poolside lounge chairs for sunbathing and umbrellas and covered areas when you need a little shade. The pool is surrounded by coral granite and this is repeated in the umbrellas and loungers.




Five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms all have ocean views and walkout to terraces. There are replete with air conditioning, fans, screens, cable TV, Internet, DVDs and VCRs.

A full time concierge is present to make any arrangements you require. The concierge can reserve a Masseuse, personal trainer or secretaries as needed. If you would like to eat out the concierge can make the necessary arrangements for transportation and a reservation at any of Anguilla's superb restaurants. Extra charges may apply for some of these services. Exclusivity Villa is only for adults because it is not suitable for children under 12. Special exceptions can be made, just check with us when inquiring about dates.
