Seafeathers Bay is a wonderful residential area of Anguilla and we have a number of two bedroom, two bathroom villas in this location.


The setting is simple, but these properties are well located and close to beaches, shopping and the valley. Sandy Hill Beach is just a short 5 minute drive from the villa and Junk's Hole and Shoal Bay East only 10 minutes by car. If you like strolling and investigating, this is a wonderful little community to check out.


Sunrise Villa is extremely well furnished, with all the conviences. It is priced extremely well and shares a pool with two other villas. The large principal room is open to the view and the breezes and entertaining is a snap.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is refundable until final payment is made. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable. A security deposit equal to three night’s occupancy is required prior to check in, and is returned within 30 days of departure.
