Beach Escape sits yards away from Sandy Point with spectacular views of St. Martin. The one-third mile length beach is protected by a small offshore island so the water is almost always warm and calm.

The main house is absolutely fantastic with large and spacious living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen.






All rooms have walkouts to the expansive galleries that overlook the pool area, the ocean and St. Martin. The pool is large and perfect for adults and children.

The main house also has two large masters with ensuites, one with a walk out deck with a fabulous view that you will never get tired of.


Building II has three perfect suites, each with a separate entrance, a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.

The two ground floor units have indoor living rooms and patios; the upstairs suite has its own sun terrace. Great views abound.






Main house bedrooms and all suites are air conditioned.

This villa can be rented as a two, three, four or five bedroom villa. All bedrooms not required will be closed off for your stay as it is a private villa.

Two of the three suites in Building II are adjoining so that a family group could easily use it.
