Ananke Villa
Ananke Villa is part of the Callaloo Club group of private villas. It sits on a breathtaking point overlooking Rendezvous Bay and St. Martin.

The living room has two built-in sofas which can be converted to single beds for a third bedroom.

Ananke sits close to the waters edge and has two bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. All rooms lead to a covered outside living and dining area with spectacular views of the sea and beach.
Ananke is a 2-3 minute walk to Tiny Beach.

Policies

A 50% deposit of the gross amount for rental taken upon booking/balance 30 days prior.

25% of the paid deposit to be refundable in case of cancellation received 30 days (or more) prior to commencement date. The deposit is lost and not refundable if cancellation made less than 30 days in advance.

While most properties take credit cards for payment you may be asked to pay the bank charges for the transaction. This is usually 3-4% of the total rental.
