Royal Palms Holiday Apartments are located in the west end of the island. The fully air conditioned three story building offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and is surrounded by landscaped gardens with a large freshwater pool and patio. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The ground floor suites have two bedrooms with one bathroom and choice of queen size bed or two twins (king).

The upper two floors have two bedrooms, two bathroom suites. All suites are fully furnished and maid service is included.

There are beautiful views of Rendezvous Bay from the property and you are just a short five minute drive to the beach. The pool is lovely and this is a great choice for families.

Royal Palms was definitely a great location and the accommodations were exceptional. I cannot imagine meeting two nicer people than Tracy and Mary Busby. They were great hosts and went above and beyond what I would have expected as well as anything I have experienced in other locations. T. Myers

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guest's scheduled date of arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guest's schedule date of arrival. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by the Owners at least 30 days prior to the guest's scheduled date of arrival.
