Villafay is located on the penninsula of Cul de Sac. From the galleries and balconies you can enjoy views of St. Martin across the straight. From the roof top balcony, enjoy fabulous sunsets and views of Rendezvous Bay.

This villa has three large and very private bedrooms all with ensuites. The villa is spread over three buildings to give you and your party all the privacy you require.

The great room which includes living room, dining room and kitchen is over 2000sq ft. There is a 20 x 40 ft pool. Depth is 6 feet.

The decor is west indian with lovely little antique touches and the feel is cool and delightful.

The master bedroom is lovely and serene and has it's own private balcony and seating area. Two addl bedrooms in a private building also have seating areas and private balconies.

Policies

Rates are for up to six persons in residence. Over six persons, please add US$50 per person, per night. All rates are per night and include government tax and service charge. One night’s rental fee is required as a refundable security deposit, 2 nights if two or more children under 12 years of age.

Rates include government tax, service charges, all staff services including housekeeping, cooks for breakfast and dinner, pool man, gardeners.

Maid service is provided six days per week (Monday through Saturday) and includes personal laundry and ironing. Personal at-home massages can be arranged in advance

You can rent for any number of days you wish.
