Plan your next holiday at this beautiful Villa Resort. Sand Villa is a four-bedroom luxury villa and part of the Temenos Villa enclave. Sand Villa along with Sky and Sea are three spectacular properties along the northern coast of Anguilla. Temenos is the Greek name for Sanctuary and you will certainly find this on your next holiday when you choose one of these three spectacular properties.

The villas have an oceanfront location along Long Bay. This tranquil setting has strong Greek architectural influences and offers almost 7000 square feet of living space in each villa.

Sand Villa’s oceanfront location gives you the most spectaculr view of the Atlantic. There is a private stairway leading down to the beach. There are four master suites overlooking the villas' private pool, Jacuzzi and the ocean. There are wonderful common areas for your group to mingle in and you will also find space for private contemplation and relaxation.

The villa is beautifully furnished in earthy tones of ivory, rust and muted green, which compliment the architecture and views perfectly. The villa is accented with French doors, marble floors and granite.

There are four wonderful bedroom suites, each with sitting alcoves and walkouts to private terraces. Televisions can be added upon requests.

A full entertainment center with flat screen plasma TV, DVD and CD is featured in each villa.

The bathrooms are a marvel in luxury and offer double tubs and sinks, freestanding showers, bidet and toilet. There are glass enclosed outdoor showers as well.

The kitchen, whether you are cooking or hiring in chefs for your stay are a gourmands' dream. Centre island, double oven and sub zero refrigerator to name just a few of the amenities.

The living areas are large, open and spacious. Relax and unwind. You can dine indoors or in the outdoor pavilion.

There is upstairs office area with desk, laptop (w/internet access), printer, fax and telephone.

At your disposal is also an outfitted fitness centre, tennis court, recreation room and beach pavilion with bar service.

DINING OPTIONS:
Lunch and Dinner options are made available while staying at St. Regis Temenos Villas, Anguilla. The Executive Chef will be able to review with you his special menus or design custom menus for your party while at St. Regis. Prices may vary depending upon menu selected, but the traditional per person charge is $45.00 for Lunch and $150.00 for Dinner. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 are half price and children under 3 are free.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of confirmation letter via wire transfer. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival in the high season, 60 days prior to arrival in the low season.

*Seven night minimum stay required Nov. 15, 2003 - April 26, 2004, additional nights are pro rated.
