This lovely beachfront property offers studios, one and two bedroom suites on spectacular Shoal Bay East. Your suite will walk right out onto the beach and you can be frolicking in the surf in minutes.

Shoal Bay Villas offers beachfront and garden side rooms, a spectacular pool, and air conditioning in some suites.

The suites are decorated with wicker furnishings in West Indian Colours. There are ceiling fans throughout and cable tv is available upon request.

The Kitchens are complete and most suites have dining tables for four.

Sailing, fishing, scuba and glass bottom boats are just some of the activitiees available on Shoal Bay Beach and the staff at Shoal Bay Villas will be pleased to help you with setting these up.

And the beauty of Shoal Bay Villas is that you can walk to dining establishments for all of your meals. There are restaurants and beach bars open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Policies

A deposit equal to three (3) nights per week of stay is required at time of booking. Full refund less $100US cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. (60 days notice required from December 15 - April 14)

Full deposit forfeit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (60 days prior arrival from December 15 - April 14) Deposit will be applied to any nights taken original booking for early departures.

Our check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
