Situated on beautiful Sandy Hill Bay, this fabulous new villa is just a 3 minute stroll down a manicured path to the beach. Teak recliners and tables will be put out every day for your use.

A lagoon style pool meanders through the property and there is a second private pool for the master suite.

The main living area is surrounded by a covered patio with views of the Caribbean and nearby islands. Furniture includes a dining table, day bed, plantation chairs, lounge chairs and ottomans, tables, etc.

The verandah is set three feet below the floor level of the main sitting area so that one does not look into the “back” of the patio furniture. An uncovered “sundeck” verandah with lounges adjoins the main verandah and abuts the pool.

The main entrance to the property is alongside the meandering pool and through the gardens and the outdoor patio. Located so it is protected from the wind, the patio will have chairs, tables, etc. for comfortable sitting, drinking or eating. It is largely surrounded by the lush gardens and has a fireplace for grilling or just nighttime ambiance.

The "Bale" has now been added in the garden. This picture perfect spot is ideallic and the absolute right spot to enjoy a massage or an afternoon siesta.

The Five Bedrooms

Bedroom #1:
In its own building. Accessed by crossing a bridge over the main pool, although it also has its own pool. King Bed. Dressing Room. Interior and exterior showers. Double shower heads. Whirlpool. Two Sinks. Dressing Table. Bar with refrigerator and coffee service. Separate toilet. Ivory coverlet with hand-printed pale green shams and toss pillows. Complemented by green granite in the bathroom. Vaulted wood ceiling with light cove in bedroom and bathroom. Ceiling fans and air conditioned.

Bedroom #2.
Lower level. Has a large half-moon verandah edged by an Anguilla stone wall. King four-poster bed with mosquito netting. Dressing area with walk-in closet. Double shower heads. Whirlpool tub. Enclosed toilet. Bar with refrigerator and coffee service. Mahogany inset ceiling. Ivory coverlet with pale blue shams and coordination throw pillows. Ceiling fans and air conditioned.

Bedroom #3/#4:
Upper level. Two rooms with a bath. The second room has its own access, so it can be used as an office, but lends itself to a nursery or a suite for children and a nanny. Verandah on the bay side. Enclosed patio on the backside. Bedroom has two twins, which will be made into a king, but can be separated for singles and/or children. The sitting room has two daybeds, which will be made up as sofas, but can be made into beds for children. We also see this second room being used as the children’s TV room. However, it will have everything necessary to be used as an office. Shower. Sink. Dressing Table. Bar with refrigerator and coffee service. Ivory coverlet with batik terracotta shams with coordinating throw pillows. Vaulted maghonay ceiling with light cove. Ceiling fans and air conditioned.

Bedroom #5:
Lower level. Verandah. Two queen beds. Shower. Sink. Dressing table. Bar with refrigerator and coffee service. Showcasing textiles from Borneo. Inset mahagony ceiling. Ceiling fans and air conditioned.

All furnishings have been custom made in Bali.

The Beach

Just a short stroll down the path and you are on Sandy Hill Beach. You can have a stroll, take a swim and even check out the small reef.
