Eden House - another welcome addition to our villa listings. We are very pleased to bring another perfect property for your vacation stay on Anguilla.
Eden House is a wonderful and centrally located villa with four large and wonderful bedrooms, beautiful pool and lovely gardens.

It is the perfect retreat for your next family or friends’ holiday on Anguilla.

The villa sits high with views of St. Martin and other neighboring islands. It is centrally located - so shopping, dining and beach visits are always just a short drive away. With 20 minutes you can be on Shoal Bay East or West.

The main building is comprised of an open concept living room and dining room with walkouts to the gallery. A full kitchen is well equipped for creating fabulous meals at home. Three large and lovely bedrooms - with two bathrooms and a powder room provide sleeping for 6 and a small den/library is perfect for watching tv, reading a book or having a nap. All bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort.

A separate studio beside the swimming pool has a lovely bedroom with ensuite and a sitting room with kitchen. The studio is fully air conditioned.

An exercise room on the lower level completes the picture....to give you a wonderful venue for your next visit to Anguilla. The owners of Eden House will take wonderful care of you during your visit -- they have a long history of being in the hospitality industry.

Policies

- Minimum Stay seven (7) nights.
- During the period 22 December to 7 January, the ENTIRE PROPERTY MUST be booked and the minimum stay is 12 nights.
- 50 % deposit required to confirm.
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival for Winter bookings and 30 days for Summer bookings.
- No refunds within 60 days of arrival for winter bookings and 30 days for Summer bookings.
- May reschedule within one year.
- 10% cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled outside if the 60 or 30 days as applicable.
- Major credit cards accepted.
- Wire transfers and /or Cashier ‘s cheque preferred.
- Monthly rates can be negotiated.
