This villa offers a wonderful ocean view over the seas between Anguilla and St. Martin. As well, you can see St. Barths in the distance.

Five bedrooms, with two masters provide a wonderful environment for your family holiday.

The two masters have king size beds, walk outs to balconies, ensuites with jacuzzi tubs and beautiful ocean views.

The two guest bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and two twins in the other. They share a bathroom. The twin bedroom can be converted to a king size as these are extra long twins.

There is a studio suite on the ground level with full kitchen, bath and queen size bed area.

The living area is generous and provides a perfect backdrop for the pool gallery, the pool and the ocean.

There is a large and modern kitchen with all conveniences.

Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

In the event that the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, payment in full will be required.

No refunds for holiday bookings unless the villa can be re-booked.

Check in is 4 p.m., check out is 11 a.m.
