Policies

Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guest's scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guest's schedule date of arrival. The Owners must receive full and final payment including all taxes & service at least 30 days prior to the guest's scheduled date of arrival.
