A luxury ten bedroom villa in Anguilla's Little Harbour....with a resort setting. The villa is part of the Little Harbour Estates. This villa is spectacular for your next stay on Anguilla.
Come and experience the wonder and splendor of this recently completed villa with its own private beach on Little Harbour. Le Bleu offers full service, complete with chefs and concierge. You will want for nothing during your stay. And you may never want to leave.

Le Bleu has 10 bedrooms, two swimming pools on its beautifully landscaped 2.5 acres.

The new simplified rate program includes:

A full-time dedicated staff with an estate manager, private chef and culinary team, front of the house manager, experienced butlers, waiters, maids, security and groundskeepers.
Full use of the estate including pools, secluded beaches, sporting equipment, tennis courts, gym and movie theater.

Pool and Beachside service all da and full use of water sports equipment including kayaks, paddle boards and row boat..

Staff member available at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Maid and butler service throughout the day and evening, with continuous housekeeping and nightly turndown service.

In addition, guest services manager Bruce Hearn works with agents and guests prior to arrival, to offer assistance with transfers, child care, spa treatments, dining reservations, boat excursions, golf, horseback riding or shopping excursions.

Planning a wedding or large gathering, check with us about Indigo Villa. We are pleased to offer you this fabulous property right next door to Le Bleu. In total we can accommodate 40 guests.

Policies

Bookings
All booking are based on a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday (flexibility to this can be discussed)
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking
Balance of the full amount is required 60 days prior to arrival date
A security deposit of 25% of the total invoice is required.
If Chef Service is requested a further deposit may be required.

Cancellation policy
60 days prior to arrival - no refund
90 days prior to arrival - 25% refund
More than 90 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars per night unless otherwise specified.
All rates include government tax and service charge.
