Jems villa offers the discriminating traveler 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms with walkouts to the pool and the terrace. There is a separate suite on the ground level with a 3rd full bedroom and bathroom. All the bedrooms are with air conditioning.

Pool

Important Note: Jems villa is located in a residential area with the neighbouring house close by on the western side of the house There is not a house on the eastern side of the house. The neighbours are full time residents and have dogs that bark when people drive into property in a car or walk by on the road. The road is a culdesac and does not have much foot traffic.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposits will be refunded if notice received by the owner or their agent more than 60 days prior to arrival. A 100US admin fee will be deducted.
